Position: Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Scottsbluff, NE
Shift Information: Rotating Days/Nights, varied shifts including weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at Regional West in Scottsbluff, NE. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to adult medical-surgical patients and adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Commitment to meeting performance expectations set by Regional West.
